Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join our client’s busy leisure centre in Oxford. You will be at the centre of the customer and team experience, taking accountability in the General Manager’s absence and working towards the General Manager in Waiting programme.

The role is varied and hands-on, with coaching across shift, front of house and back of house, and a focus on delivering financial targets and service standards. Nights and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months experience in a customer-facing management role.
• Experience delivering on financial targets and driving sales.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong customer service mindset and ambition for success.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring the team on shift.
• Supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Delivering financial targets and service standards.
