Goals Soccer Centres PLC in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Manager – Goals to oversee daily operations of the complex and supervise all staff, providing management cover across a flexible shift pattern.

You will support the General Manager to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to promote income opportunities, drive operational excellence, and ensure health and safety compliance. The role requires active participation in weekly management meetings and stock and cash reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all staff including team members, cleaners and maintenance to ensure high service standards.
• Assist General Manager with recruitment and selection of non-managerial staff.
• Ensure health & safety policy is fully implemented and staff training is maintained.
• Attend weekly management meetings and chair meetings with staff as needed.
• Coordinate cash and stock reconciliation procedures in line with company policy.
• Maintain facilities, fixtures and fittings to a high standard.
• Coordinate stock/goods orders to ensure smooth club operations.
