GOALS in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the complex, overseeing staff and providing seamless service across all shifts. This 40-hour week role requires flexible shifts to ensure management cover at all times.

You will support the General Manager with sales and marketing plans to promote and maximise income opportunities, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Supervise all staff including team members, cleaners and maintenance.
• Assist with recruitment and staff development.
• Ensure administration procedures and reporting are followed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all staff including team members, cleaners and maintenance.
• Develop business plans to drive football income.
• Assist GM with recruitment of non-managerial staff.
• Ensure sound administration procedures and company reporting.
• Ensure Health & Safety policy is implemented and staff training completed.
• Attend weekly management meetings and lead staff meetings.
• Ensure cash and stock reconciliations follow company policy.
• Maintain facilities, fixtures and fittings to a high standard.
• Coordinate stock ordering to ensure smooth club operations.
• Carry out other duties as required.
