Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house operations with a hands-on approach. You will foster a welcoming team vibe, manage daily service, and ensure high standards of guest experience across our pub and restaurant.

We value strong communication, the ability to make solid decisions quickly, and a genuine passion for fresh food and wine. Training and development are a core focus in our supportive Fuller’s family environment.
