Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere, part of the Fuller’s family, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in a busy pub with rooms. You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere, manage service, and support colleagues across bar, restaurant and terrace.

Hourly rate paid up up to £14 Plus Tronc

Or Salaried up to £29,000 yearly Plus Tronc with 40h contract
