Bel & The Dragon Wendover is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff, and drive service excellence across our pub and hotel offering. You will collaborate with teams to deliver quality food and beverage experiences in a historical setting.
