Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Wendover is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team, and upholding high standards of service at our Buckinghamshire location.

You will work in a busy pub/hotel setting, with induction and training, and enjoy perks including food discounts, weekly tips, and access to Wagestream to manage pay. We support development and teamwork in a Fuller’s family environment.
