Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations with energy and a guest‑focused mindset. This role offers flexible pay options with clear progression.

Choose between an hourly position at up to £14 with tronc or a salaried role up to £29,000 per year plus tronc on a 40‑hour contract, plus access to extensive staff benefits and training across our pubs and hotels.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and guest service to ensure consistent quality.
• Motivate and develop front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Monitor standards, budgets and stock control.
• Resolve guest concerns with a proactive, positive approach.
• Drive sales and maintain high hospitality standards.
