Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere is seeking a Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service flow. You will train and guide new staff, keep team spirits high, and communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub/restaurant teams.
