You’ll balance time between the workshop and sales/customer service tasks, with a clear path for progression and training opportunities. We offer an uncapped monthly bonus scheme, with on-target earnings up to £42,100 and a base of £33,000–£36,322.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a mechanic or management experience in a similar environment.

Responsabilités

• Work alongside the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, driving profitability and focusing on the customer journey.
• Divide time between the workshop with technicians and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
