Job summary

All Bar One Stratford Upon Avon, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will mentor individuals, train the team, and act as Duty Manager, helping to drive service and sales in our stylish city centre bar. We offer progression, staff discounts, pensions, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospitality is essential.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver great food and drinks.
• Role model with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver excellent service.
• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.
• Lead the team to create WOW moments for guests.
