Job summary

All Bar One Manchester, part of Mitchells & Butler plc, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when needed, and motivating the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

You will train and inspire your team, mentor individuals to reach their potential, and lead moments that wow our guests, helping to drive repeat visits. Join a friendly, dynamic team at a flagship venue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to inspire guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when required.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests and encourage repeat visits.
