Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Freemasons Arms. You will support the General Manager in daily operations while leading and mentoring your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and service excellence.

You will train, motivate, and guide staff, acting as Duty Manager when needed, and help create moments that WOW guests, contributing to a welcoming and premium experience across our pubs and brands.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in hospitality management
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to mentor and develop team members

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
