Job summary

Barnt Green Inn, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking an Assistant Manager. You’ll bring your management experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, acting as Duty Manager when needed, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll train and inspire your team to serve great food and drink, be a role model, develop people, and lead moments that wow guests, encouraging repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Guest-service oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
