Job summary

All Bar One Windsor is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, focus on guest experience and drive sales. You will mentor the team, build a welcoming environment and ensure consistency across service standards.

You will be responsible for delivering targets, managing costs, and creating memorable moments for guests while upholding brand guidelines and quality across all service touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a hospitality or bar/restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage costs and deliver guest service.
• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
