Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking an Assistant Manager for Barnt Green Inn, part of Premium Country Pubs. You will support the General Manager, lead a team, mentor staff, and drive guest satisfaction with excellent service and engaging leadership.

You’ll be involved in day-to-day operations, staff development, and creating memorable guest experiences in a premium pub environment within a great team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team.
• Ability to train and inspire staff.
• Strong guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
