Job summary

All Bar One Manchester is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a motivated team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, train teams to uphold service standards, and act as Duty Manager when the GM is away, driving moments that WOW guests and keep them coming back.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospitality or retail
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver high-quality guest experience
• Role model and guide development within the team
• Lead by example to deliver moments that WOW guests

Responsibilities
