Job summary

All Bar One Brindley Place, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar. You will motivate and develop your team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service across food and drinks.

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to be proud of.
