Job summary

The Manor House of Whittington is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the pub team and step in for the General Manager as required. You will drive guest experiences, oversee shifts, and support financial and KPI targets in a busy Branded pub environment.

We value leadership, motivation, and a passion for doing the right thing for team and guests. Flexible hours and career progression within Marston’s network are available.
