Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a busy pub team, delivering memorable guest experiences and driving performance. You’ll support the General Manager and lead from the front to ensure smooth operations.

The Aspire programme supports progression toward a General Manager role, with flexible and part-time hours around study or family commitments, and a robust benefits package including staff discounts, health options, and wellbeing support.
