Job summary

Bridge Inn (91548) is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team and lead from the front on a daily basis. You’ll help drive guest experiences, motivate staff, and step up when the General Manager isn’t available.

You’ll be part of a community-focused pub group, with opportunities to progress through our Aspire programme and access a rewards platform and staff benefits that support personal development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills.
• Ability to manage a team and deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Step in and lead the pub when the GM is not present.
