Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and lead from the front to deliver memorable guest experiences across our pubs.

You’ll support the GM in achieving KPI targets, motivate a diverse team, and act on behalf of the GM when needed. The role offers development through our Aspire programme and opportunities to advance within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a branded pub or hospitality setting.
• Strong people leadership and guest service orientation.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and manage operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.

Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.
