Job summary

Marston’s pub in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the team. Be there for the ordinary, and the extra ordinary moments, and lead a front-line team to create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

You’ll support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs, inspire staff on every shift, and be accountable for operations when deputising for the GM. The Aspire programme offers progression to General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub team as an assistant/deputy manager in a branded environment.
• Passion for motivating others and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work with the GM to achieve financial and business KPIs.
