Job summary

Marston’s in Warrington is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team. You’ll lead from the front, motivate staff and help deliver memorable guest experiences while deputising for the General Manager when needed.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the GM to hit financial KPIs, drive great service, and uphold our people-first values. The Aspire programme offers a clear path to General Manager with training via our app-based platform.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub or branded hospitality team.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs.
• Passion for customer service and team development.
