Grouse & Claret is recruiting an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in the community-focused environment. You will step up for the General Manager, lead from the front, and inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences across every shift.

You’ll be involved in driving financial performance and KPI achievement, while maintaining high standards of guest service and team engagement. Flexible and part-time hours support work-life balance.

• Proven leadership and people management skills.

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s

• Be passionateabout doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
