Job summary

Marston’s PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team, driving guest experiences and supporting the General Manager to deliver exceptional service.

You will motivate staff, manage shifts, and contribute to local communities while upholding Marston’s values. The Aspire programme offers progression toward a General Manager role, with opportunities to grow within a renowned pub company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment.
• Strong leadership and effective communication with the team.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
