Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in the local pub network. You’ll lead from the front, inspire your team, and deputise for the General Manager to ensure memorable guest experiences and strong KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team across shifts.
• Comfortable deputising for the General Manager and maintaining operational standards.
