Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC’s Ember Inns in Leeds is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the pub and leading the team.

You’ll motivate staff, mentor individuals, and ensure guest experiences meet high standards, with duties including Duty Manager coverage when the GM is away.

• Experience of managing teams in a pub/restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Lead development within the team and mentor staff to grow.
• Drive moments that WOW guests and encourage repeat visits.
