Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, operating Ember Inns, is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Easington. You’ll lead by example, bring the team together and ensure guests have a great time from the moment they step through the door.

You’ll help shape service standards and maintain a welcoming, safe environment. In this role you’ll support the General Manager in daily operations, coach and develop colleagues, deliver moments that wow guests, and uphold brand standards.
