Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Saxon Mill to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering a great guest experience.

You'll mentor individuals, drive service, and help grow talent in premium pubs as part of Premium Country Pubs, with strong benefits including discounts, pension, and holiday entitlement. Join us and help create memorable moments for guests.
