Job summary

Railway at Castle Pubs, part of Mitchells & Butlers, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team in delivering excellent guest experiences at the Railway pub in London.

You will mentor staff, drive service standards, and act as a role model to develop talent while ensuring a welcoming, energetic environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in hospitality.
• Ability to train and inspire team.
• Proactive leadership when GM is absent.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
