Job summary

The Air Ambulance Service is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the shop manager in Kingsthorpe, Northamptonshire. This part-time, permanent role offers 16 hours per week and £13.63 per hour, with flexible weekend availability and a focus on delivering excellent customer service and smooth stock rotation.

You will lead a diverse team including volunteers, drive income targets, uphold high presentation standards, and ensure safeguarding and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

To support the shop manager in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring income targets are met in line with our organisational objectives. The Assistant shop manager will motivate and support the management of a diverse team including volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered whilst maintaining high standards of presentation and efficient stock rotation.

  • Full, clean UK driving license (Category B); For expenses claimed for work purposes, business insurance may be required.
