The Air Ambulance Service is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Stony Stratford shop. You will support the shop manager in running daily store operations, aiming to meet income targets and uphold high standards of presentation.

You’ll motivate a diverse team of staff and volunteers, deliver excellent customer service, manage stock efficiently and ensure compliance with our policies while working weekends as required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

To support the shop manager in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our store,

ensuring income targets are met in line with our organisational objectives.

The Assistant shop manager will motivate and support the management of a diverse team including volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered whilst maintaining high standards of presentation and efficient stock rotation.
