Excel Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy high‑volume retail store in Newry, Northern Ireland. This role supports the Store Manager, drives sales, mentors staff and ensures outstanding customer service.

You will lead teams, manage stock, maintain health and safety standards, and help with recruitment and onboarding. A background in fast‑paced retail and strong leadership are essential, with a focus on results.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Team Leader role in retail.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
