Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its Cookstown location in Northern Ireland. The role leads a large retail team, delivering outstanding customer service and driving commercial performance.

The successful candidate will manage recruitment, training and store operations, ensuring high visual standards and adherence to health & safety guidelines while delivering promotional campaigns and seasonal activity.

• Motivate your team through effective communication, coaching and recognition.

Are you an experienced Store Manager looking for your next opportunity with a well-established and highly recognised retailer?

We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager on behalf of a leading big-box retailer in Cookstown, Northern Ireland. Known for its extensive product range, fantastic promotions and strong reputation within the market, this is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and customer-focused business.

As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, leading a team to deliver excellent customer service, achieve commercial targets and maintain high operational standards.

As Store Manager, you will:
