Zachary Daniels is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy store in Newry, Northern Ireland. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on driving turnover and guest experience, with emphasis on wage control, stock, visuals, and compliance.

You will lead a strong team on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving KPI targets, while maintaining store standards and compliance. Salary is up to £36,000 with benefits.

As an Assistant Manager reporting to the Store Manager and responsible for a strong team, you'll be tasked with driving forward both turnover and revenues from the store based on lean principles. Keeping a close focus on financial KPIs, including wages, wastage and shrinkage will form a key element of the role, together with non-financials such as customer service/feedback, internal audit and standards and compliance.
