Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere in the heart of the village is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a friendly team in our pub and hotel. You will keep spirits high, ensure guests are delighted, and support daily service across bar, restaurant and terrace.

We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to train and guide new team members while delivering great food and drinks in a welcoming setting.
