Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at The Hillfoot to support the General Manager and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor staff, motivate the team to achieve targets, and ensure high standards of service across food and drinks.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to high standards.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow our guests and keep them returning.
