Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC at The Hawk is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and to act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.

You will train and inspire your team to deliver outstanding food, drink and service, and you will lead by example to develop your staff and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management.
• Ability to train and inspire teams.
• Strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
