Mitchells & Butlers PLC at the Pilot pub is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and to lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will mentor staff, role-model excellent service and help drive the business to be the heart of the community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day to day operations.
• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.
• Train, motivate and develop the team to deliver excellent service.
• Lead the team to create WOW moments that keep guests returning.
