Job summary

Devonshire Arms is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will mentor staff, drive service standards, and contribute to a welcoming pub environment within a Mitchells & Butlers brand.

You will be part of a high‑performing team at a popular UK pub, with opportunities for progression, industry discounts, a pension, and paid holidays. A strong leadership background in hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or supervisory roles in hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Proven track record delivering great guest experiences.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
