Mitchells & Butlers PLC at Vintage Inns is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team across two local sites, ensuring high standards of guest service and brand compliance. You will support the General Manager daily, drive memorable guest moments, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding hospitality.

The role offers progression within our pub portfolio and opportunities to learn from multiple managers while growing your experience in a collaborative environment.

This is an interesting opportunity to enable the Assistant Manager to work across two local sites, where you'll have the ability to learn from various managers and grow your experience.
