Mitchells & Butlers PLC at the Crofters Arms is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in people management and mentoring.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver guest experience to a high standard.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests and keep them returning.
