Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Kettering is seeking an Assistant Manager for Miller & Carter - Kettering. You will support the General Manager, guide the team, and ensure guests receive an exceptional experience. The role is full-time and based on site at the Kettering venue.

As a key part of the restaurant leadership, you will mentor staff, uphold standards, and drive service excellence, with opportunities for progression and employee benefits through our Steak School and rewards program.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service.
• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is not present.
• Lead the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

What will I be doing? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
