Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for Miller & Carter – Solihull, located in Shirley. In this role you will support the General Manager, oversee daily operations, and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You'll train and motivate staff, ensure service standards, manage shifts, and drive performance with a hands-on leadership style within a busy high-street restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management.
