Job summary

Miller and Carter Kings Langley is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead the team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will mentor staff and model excellence in service and operations.

The role offers strong progression, staff discounts across brands, pension, and holiday benefits, plus a chance to grow within Mitchells & Butlers PLC's portfolio. Full-time, on-site in Kings Langley with a 36000 base salary plus bonus.

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
