Miller & Carter - Taplow is seeking a capable Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will mentor staff, drive service standards, and take on Duty Manager responsibilities when needed.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGERYOU’LL…

• Be the role model and guide development withinyour team.
