Miller & Carter Taplow is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll mentor staff, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold brand standards across shifts.

Formación

• Experience leading a hospitality team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver quality guest experience.
• Proven track record in achieving guest satisfaction.
