Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Taplow is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in busy daily operations. You will lead the team, train staff, and ensure a superb guest experience with a hands-on, friendly approach.

You'll benefit from our 3 day Steak School, great staff discounts across brands, and a pension scheme, with 28 days holiday and share opportunities. This role is based on site in Taplow (SL6 0AJ).

• Experience managing a team in a hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong guest-focused service mindset.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
