Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC, owner of Miller & Carter – Fleet, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations at Fleet. The role involves leading the team, delivering excellent guest experiences and driving service standards to reflect the brand quality.

You will mentor staff, model professionalism, and ensure smooth shifts as part of a busy restaurant team. Competitive salary, full-time hours, and ongoing career development are offered.

• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
